Mark your calendar for the Opening Session, Interest Sessions, Exhibits, Awards Banquet, and Concluding Breakfast scheduled at the Vicksburg Convention Center. Join the fun at the Industry and Member Appreciation Event to be held at the River Room at the Rainbow Casino.
To keep Exhibits flowing on Saturday, participants will have a colored dot on the name tag which will indicate the time to attend exhibits. When not in exhibits, everyone can choose from a vast array of interest sessions and a health fair. Foodservice Administrators and Buyers will have an opportunity to sample new products this year during exhibits. The item the Vendor wants to “highlight” will be at each booth and the information will be on a Product Survey Form. Directors and Buyers will be able to sample the product and recommend or not recommend the product to the State Purchasing Committee.

Start Saturday and Sunday morning with planned wellness activities. The opening session on Saturday morning will feature Maureen G. Mulvaney, a nationally known speaker, who will provide us “Recipes for Success.” Maggie Wade Dixon, Jackson TV co-anchor, will inspire us at the awards banquet Saturday evening.
