Room Reservations at the Beau Rivage for the MSNA Annual Conference
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]A block of sleeping rooms is reserved in the name of MSNA or MS School Nutrition Association from October 29 to November 2, 2019, for the 2019 MSNA Annual Conference, based on availability of rooms in block. Rates will be $105.00 for Tuesday to Thursday nights and $154.00 for Friday and Saturday nights plus 12% tax for single or double occupancy. A Daily Resort Fee of $10.00 per day plus 7% tax will be charged in addition to the room rates set forth above. Districts with state tax exempt forms on file or submitted with district check will not pay state taxes. Reservations can also be made by calling the Hotel Reservation Department at 1-888-567-6667. In order to receive the group rate, callers must identify their affiliation with MSNA or MS School Nutrition Association. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made. You will receive a confirmation email. An upgrade fee will apply to guarantee room types at the time of reservation is made. The cut-off date, October 1, 2019, is the last day that Hotel will accept guest room/suite reservations for MSNA Annual Conference. Name, Arrival Date, Departure Date, Confirmation Number and the Amount of the Check.
If Beau does not have a copy of the state tax-exempt form, please include a copy of the District State Tax-Exempt Form. This will help in the processing of the check and making sure that the correct amounts are placed on your reservation.
The check is to be mailed a minimum of 21 days in advance of first arrival date with the State Tax-Exempt Form and a copy of the email to Sharon Kersten to:

When checking in at registration a credit card is required as a deposit for incidental charges to the room. The card will be pre-authorized for $60.00 at check-in and either refunded to the card or applied to incidentals at check-out.
